Job Responsibility
1. To ensure quality control inspection take place on all product.
2. To ensure products quality as per customer requirement.
3. To update quality document related to the ISO requirement.
4. To ensure to use the right equipment for product quality inspection.
5. Any quality issue needs to be informed immediately to the related responsible person (Engineer / Supervisor) and superior.
6. To ensure shift performance is reviewed for every end of shift.
7. To ensure the workplace is tidy all the time.
8. If notice any unusual things, must immediately report to superior.
9. To enact 5s concept among all production worker.
10. To participate in monthly and annually stock take.
11. In addition, must carried out any additional task given by superior from time to time.

Min 2 years working experience working experience in various fields such as administration, sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, or any other relevant area. ability to demonstrate and excel in a dynamic work environment and proficiency in handling diverse responsibilities

Job Responsibility
1. Manage all documentation related to export shipments, including but not limited to invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
2. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
3. Monitor and track all payments related to your orders, ensuring timely payment processing and addressing any discrepancies or issues
4. Act as the primary point of contact for overseas customers, handling all inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
5. Efficiently coordinate and communicate with customers to provide timely updates on production status and shipment delivery schedules
6. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment-related matters.
7. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving to maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Identify root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues

Job Responsibility
A) PRODUCTION:
1. To ensure the production head count is adequate as per planned by superior.
2. To ensure the production produce as per schedule / planned.
3. To prepare Job Sheet and to provide S.O.P accordingly.
4. To ensure all machine are operating in good condition, if not issue Maintenance Requisition Form (MRF) or report to superior.
5. To prepare Machine Output Checklist (MOC) for every product running and make sure all the parameters (Temperature, Pressure, Curing Time, Weight and Compound Code) are set as per requirement.
6. To filled in the First Product Check (Dimension) and related form for every new product
. (If Any) to get approval before starting mass production.
7. To monitor closely the production target is achieved as per Job Sheet.
8. To ensure shift performance is reviewed for every end of shift.
9. To participate in monthly and annually stock take.
B) SAFETY :
1. To brief all the worker regarding Safety & Health Policies, PPE awareness and proper tools use during operating shift accordingly.
2. To ensure the workplace is tidy all the time.
3. If notice any unusual things, must immediately report to superior.
4. To enact 5s concept among all production worker.
5. In addition, must carried out any additional task given by superior from time to time.
